Rihanna’s Stalker Charged After Breaking Into Her Home

The alleged stalker accused of breaking into Rihanna’s Hollywood Hills mansion last week and spending the night there alone pleaded not guilty in the creepy case Monday.

Eduardo Leon, 26, entered his plea in Los Angeles County Superior Court after prosecutors charged him with one felony count each of stalking, first-degree residential burglary and vandalism as well as one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney said.

Bail was set at $160,000. He’s due to return to court May 25.

Prosecutors claim Leon hopped a fence at Rihanna’s pricey pad last Wednesday and made himself at home while the recording artist was at a different location.

The singer’s assistant discovered Leon in the residence the next day, after he spent a whopping 12 hours on the property undetected, prosecutors said.

He was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, online jail records show.

If convicted, Leon faces up to six years in state prison, prosecutors said.

The stalking case is not the first such incident for the “Umbrella” singer.

A mentally disturbed homeless man was arrested in 2014 for hand-delivering disturbing letters to reps at the singer’s SoHo apartment building.

The man was later found to be unfit to stand trial.
