Counseling and trauma relief services are being offered throughout the Las Vegas area after the shooting massacre on the Strip. Services will be continually added to this list.


MGM Resorts International has established a hotline for victims, family members, and others to speak about what happened.

Those impacted can call 702-692-2300 or call toll-free at 888-634-7111.

MGM Resorts International has also sent out a call for certified trauma counselors. Anyone who is able to volunteer their time for counseling services can go to Circus Circus – Ballroom D and will be given an assignment. Those who respond just have to ask for Tommy Gorbal.

Circus Circus is located at 2880 S. Las Vegas Boulevard.


The Las Vegas Counseling Center is offering free services this week for those in need. They can be contacted at 702-466-3750.

They are located at 7391 West Charleston Boulevard, Suite 150.


In addition to prayer offerings, pastors and church leaders are offering pastoral care and counsel to people, as needed.

The Springs Church is located at 4161 N. Rancho Drive, #110.


TRY – Trauma Recovery Yoga is offering to help the victims and volunteers through meditation and yoga, specializing in trauma recovery.

They will offer a free class, as well as donations to victims. Exact time and location of a free meditation and yoga program is still TBA.


The Community Counseling Center is offering assistance to the community in this time of need by providing supportive services in a safe environment.

CCC will be opening their doors to anyone affected by the tragedy each evening this week from 6:30-8 p.m. and counselors will be available. Call 702-369-8700 with any questions.

The CCC is located at 714 E. Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas.


The Lake Mead Wellness Center is hosting two process groups for those affected by the recent events in our city on Oct. 3 at 6:30 p.m. and Oct. 11 at 6:30 p.m. Both will be held at 311 South Water Street in Henderson.

No RSVP is needed and both groups are complimentary. Therapists will be available to help process and give next steps for those who would like them.


Corridor of Hope Wellness is offering free counseling for the victims, family members, and first responders involved in Sunday night’s shooting.

The address is located at 1830 E Sahara Avenue, Suite #109. You are also able to call 702-522-9000 or 702-370-2960. COH is located about 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.

UnitedHealthcare and Southwest Medical Associates are opening Optum’s Emotional-Support Help Line, providing access to specially trained mental health specialists to support people affected by the recent mass shooting at a concert in Las Vegas.

Optum’s toll-free helpline number, 866-342-6892, will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for as long as necessary. The service is free of charge and open to anyone. The helpline offers specially trained Optum mental health specialists to help people manage their stress and anxiety so they can continue to address their everyday needs. Callers may also receive referrals to community resources to help them with specific concerns, including financial and legal matters.

Alta Wellness Center, a mental health and wellness agency, will be offering a free support group to the community: “Coping with Traumatic Events.”

Available to locals every weekday from 7-8 p.m., Oct. 3 – 13, 2017, this group will offer coping tools and emotional support for anyone who may be struggling with immediate and long-term effects of trauma and loss.

The support group will be held at Alta Wellness Center: 6655 W. Sahara Avenue, Suite E100, Las Vegas, Nev.


There are Grief and Bereavement services available through Nathan Adelson Hospice and their spiritual staff is fully engaged in providing guidance to those who have suffered loss.

In response to Sunday night’s mass shooting in Las Vegas, the UNLV School of Medicine is providing free Crisis Support to members of the public affected by the tragedy.

If you or a loved one needs to speak to someone, the professionals at the Mojave Counseling Clinic on West Charleston can help.

The clinic is staffed by psychiatrists, marriage and family therapists, and licensed clinical social workers. All are trained to help individuals work through the myriad of issues brought about by this type of tragedy.

In the wake of the tragic shooting in Las Vegas Sunday night, United Citizens Foundation is offering free behavioral health services to anyone needing assistance during this difficult time. United Citizens Foundation is a nonprofit organization established to address behavioral health and substance abuse in Southern Nevada.

Licensed therapists are available to provide counseling services at the North Las Vegas office of United Citizens Foundation by calling (702) 485-1718. UCF is located at 2048 North Las Vegas Boulevard.


Oasis Counseling, LLC, a private outpatient mental health clinic, announced it will be offering free trauma assessments for anyone affected by the deadly mass shooting that occurred early Oct. 2, on the Las Vegas Strip.

All three of the Oasis Counseling locations will be accepting individuals for initial assessments free of charge. The offices are located at the following addresses: 375 N.
